To begin the design/build process, please complete our quick contact us form, which asks for preliminary information about your project. We will then forward you a more in depth Questionnaire and use your responses to better understand your project goals and budget.

Once we have received your completed Questionnaire, we will then schedule an initial, on-site consultation to discuss your project. There will be a nominal fee for this consultation

We will prepare a design contract outlining the components of the project and a fee schedule.

Planted Earth will conduct a detailed analysis of your property. If available, please provide us with a plot map, a grading plan, and a house floor plan. Information gathered during this analysis will be used in the preliminary design and will help us to create an estimated budget for each segment of your project.
